1. Introduction

ahh99 ("the Platform," "we," "us") is an online gaming platform accessible at ahh99.vu. These Terms apply to every registered account holder and to any person who accesses or browses the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Accepted documents include the PhilSys National ID, SSS card, UMID, driver's licence, and Philippine passport. You may also be asked to submit a selfie with your ID and proof of your payment method ownership.

Until KYC is completed, your account may have restricted access to certain features. ahh99 may request additional documentation at any time if required to comply with anti-money laundering obligations or for fraud prevention purposes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. ahh99 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ahh99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied to your account balance.

Accepted deposit methods currently include GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfer. The availability of specific payment channels may change without prior notice. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering methods on ahh99.

Deposits are generally credited promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in your name.

All bets placed on ahh99 are final once confirmed. After a bet is accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a specific game type explicitly provides a cash-out or cancellation option, and only while that option remains available.

Payout calculations are based on the odds, multipliers, or paytable values displayed at the time the bet is placed or the game round begins. In sports betting, official results from the relevant governing body are used to settle markets. In live casino and slot games, the game server's recorded outcome is the authoritative result.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the Platform's server-side recorded state takes precedence. If a round cannot be completed due to a fault on ahh99's side, the bet may be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance.

Where a promotion's specific terms conflict with these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms apply to that offer. General Terms apply to everything not covered by promotion-specific rules.

ahh99 does not publish guaranteed bonus percentages, minimum cashback amounts, or specific wagering multipliers in these general Terms. All such figures are set individually per promotion and will be clearly communicated when an offer is active. Do not rely on figures quoted by third-party websites or unofficial sources.

7. VIP Programme

ahh99 operates a VIP loyalty programme that tracks wagering activity across all game categories — sports betting, live casino, slots, and fish games. Every PHP wagered counts toward your VIP tier progression. Higher tiers carry cashback benefits and priority processing on withdrawal requests.

Tier thresholds, cashback rates, and benefit structures are defined by ahh99 and may be updated from time to time. Current tier information is available on the VIP page. VIP status is non-transferable and has no cash value outside of the benefits described in the programme.

ahh99 reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate the VIP programme with reasonable notice. Cashback and other accrued benefits that have already been credited to your account are not affected by programme changes.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ahh99:

• Registering more than one account per person.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to interact with the Platform in a way that is not available to ordinary players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or pricing mistakes. If you discover a bug, you are obligated to report it to support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts or any part of the Platform's back-end infrastructure.
• Placing bets on behalf of other persons as a business without prior written authorisation from ahh99.

ahh99 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. If a violation is identified, affected accounts will be subject to immediate action including suspension and fund review.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

ahh99 may suspend or permanently close an account at its discretion if:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity is suspected or confirmed.
• A chargeback is initiated against a deposit made to the account.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• ahh99 is required to act by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the account holder's breach of these Terms — for example, at the player's own request — any verified PHP balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

Where an account is closed due to breach, bonus abuse, or fraud, ahh99 reserves the right to withhold balances derived from the prohibited activity pending investigation.

10. Limitation of Liability

ahh99 provides the Platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of technical faults at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ahh99 is not liable for:

• Losses caused by your failure to maintain account security.
• Interruptions to Platform access due to network issues, maintenance, or events outside our reasonable control.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers.
